Guangzhou

The design of the Lobby and Façade of the T.P. Plaza building in Guanzhou was
developed following three basic rules:

- Guarantee a better use of space to attract new tenants
- Improve the outlook of the space with a modern approach, strong concept and
using non-expensive and easy to maintain materials.
- Have a responsible and ecological concern that can help the environment and
reduce overall costs.

Following these rules, we have created a concept based on taking the warm, organic and ecological mood of the beautiful trees in the street, into the main lobby.
To achieve that, we have designed a more transparent façade, created interiors
supported with warm colors and materials, organic and abstract shapes and a very
polished sense rhythm. Like a abstract forest. In other hand, we tried to avoid as much as we could the cold and the motionless shapes of the traditional modern building lobbies that create an uncomfortable feeling for the visitors and repulse the tenants.
